Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AppzJoy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Description

AppzJoy provides full stack web development and design services on a subscription basis, including but not limited to:

• MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development
• Web application development
• Landing page creation
• Website design and development
• Frontend and backend development
• Database design and integration
• API development and integration
• UI/UX design services

Subscription and Pricing

1-Week Trial Period

We offer a 1-week trial period for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a refund of 75% of your first month's payment. To qualify for this refund:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
• You must provide feedback on your experience
• This refund policy applies only to the first month of a new subscription
• After the 1-week trial period, no refunds are provided for unused time

Project Queue and Delivery

Our subscription model allows for 1 active project at a time (or 2 with the Extra Active Slot add-on). Additional requests will be queued and addressed sequentially. Delivery times vary by project complexity as outlined in the pricing section. All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Projects requiring significant scope changes or additional requirements may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions on all projects to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and relate to the original project scope. Significant scope changes may be treated as new requests and added to your queue.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Supplying all necessary content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Providing timely feedback and approval
• Ensuring payment information remains current
• Communicating through designated channels (email, scheduled calls)

Delays caused by client unavailability or failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines.

Payment Terms

• All fees are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle
• We accept PayPal and major credit cards through PayPal
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Add-ons are billed separately and are non-refundable once work has commenced

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to trusted service providers who assist us in delivering our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppzJoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the three months preceding the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppzJoy and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability
